The interface between computer and human beings evolution starts from punched card and tape in very old time, to keyboard and mouse yesterday, touchscreen today, wearable devices like Google Glass and iWatch in voice control tomorrow. 

In near future most likely human would be totally naked – with bare hands making gesture and eyeballs movement to instruct computer what to do.

The first version of Android copied RIM’s BlackbBerry operating system, but after Apple launched the iPhone, Google decided to throw away everything they were working on and copy iOS instead. On the flip side, we’ve seen several Android features get ported to iOS over the past few years, most notably “Notification Center”.

Moral of this story is Good ideas are good ideas, and at the end of the day it’s about who provides a better implementation of said ideas that wins the war.

Just as God always taught us people should cleanup arse back their own at first before start finger pointing.

Melbournian and father Bill Gekas, who is inspired by the distinctive visual style of the old masters classic paintings, particularly Vermeer and Rembrandt, takes his 5 years old daughter, a young small lady with rosy cheeks, big wide eyes and a serious look on her face, combined with some period-looking clothes and accessories, in front of a digital camera.

The images Bill Gekas created are striking on many levels – the subject, the colour, the pose, the style. What it evokes on an emotional level all cause people to look twice. His work reveal the beautiful images with a distinct style and attention to detail.

Team had a very productive session with Java Domain Architect this afternoon

Developers fed a lot great ideas how to design bullet-proof applications, refactor existing spaghetti or lasagna codes, better test practice … At the end, we found out it's urgent whole I.T. department needs a development guideline.

Our Java Domain Architect took a serious time pondering on the proposal then said:

"Because the Project Managers control the budget and resources, for most time your PM is your guideline."

Just brilliant.
